How to install Cursor Space

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store in a few clicks:

  1. Open the Cursor Space extension page.
  2. Click Add to Chrome (or Add to Edge / Brave on Chromium browsers).
  3. Confirm the installation in the browser dialog.
  4. Pin the extension icon to your toolbar for quick access.

How to apply a custom cursor

After installing the extension:

  1. Browse new cursor packs or open any collection.
  2. Click Add on a pack you like — it will be saved to your extension library.
  3. Open the Cursor Space popup from the toolbar and select the pack to activate it.
  4. Refresh open tabs if the cursor does not update immediately.

Note: custom cursors cannot be applied on browser store pages, browser settings, or some built-in browser UI — this is a browser limitation.

How to browse cursors on Cursor Space

Find cursors on cursor-space.com:

  1. Visit New Packs for the latest additions.
  2. Check Top Packs for the most popular cursors.
  3. Explore Collections for themed sets (gaming, cute, pixel art, and more).
  4. Use the header search to find cursors by name or keyword.

How to upload your own cursors

Create and use custom cursors:

  1. Open the Cursor Space extension popup from your browser toolbar.
  2. Click Upload cursor (or use our Cursor Constructor).
  3. Upload PNG images for pointer and cursor states.
  4. Save the pack and activate it from your library.

How to manage your cursor library

Organize installed cursor packs:

  1. Click the Cursor Space icon in the browser toolbar.
  2. Open Manage to see all saved packs.
  3. Remove packs you no longer need or switch between favorites.
  4. Reset to the default system cursor anytime from the extension menu.

How to use the Cursor Constructor

Build a cursor pack from scratch:

  1. Go to cursor-helper.com/constructor.
  2. Upload or draw cursor and pointer images.
  3. Set hotspot position and preview the result.
  4. Export and add the pack to Cursor Space.

How to save favorite cursors

Keep your preferred packs handy:

  1. On any pack page, click Add to save it to the extension.
  2. Favorited packs appear in your extension library for one-click switching.
  3. Combine packs from different collections in a single personal list.

How to rotate between favorite cursors

Automatically cycle through saved packs:

  1. Open the Cursor Space extension popup.
  2. Enable rotation / shuffle in extension settings if available.
  3. Select multiple favorites — the active cursor will change on a timer.
  4. Disable rotation anytime to keep one fixed cursor.
